EXCELLENT Based on 76 reviews Posted on Carter WoetzelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm an ultra distance runner training for a 50 mile race. I had tendon pain from the connector between my hamstring and knee. From going from 25+ miles training runs down to 1-3 miles over the course of 3 weeks was so frustrating. But after visiting Dr. Brian Ishola, he gave excellent dynamic exercises to strengthen the tendon. After following the program, I was back to running 13+ miles pain free within 10 days. Found my PT for life in Minnesota.Posted on Joseph StarkeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brian is very professional and helped me solve problems that multiple other PTs, Chiropractors, and Masseuses were not able to solve. It takes a bit of time but he gives you a game plan and you feel a difference pretty quickly.Posted on Kayla PalmeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came to Dr. Brian later in my ACL/meniscus rehab when I was struggling to trust my knee again. He took the time to understand where I was at and built a personalized, thoughtful plan that helped me rebuild confidence, improve strength, and move better. I feel much more prepared getting back into things now, especially going into the next ski season.Posted on Danil SafikyurdskiyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Been going to Brian for the past few months now with some new quirk. Super knowledgeable and helpful with the care, like dry needling especially, would highly recommend to anyone.

As an old guy getting back into fitness, chronic hip and shoulder pains have crept back in. Brian's expert approach and outstanding teaching have addressed these issues and gotten me back into a routine quickly. As a physician, I appreciate his systematic approach to diagnosis, treatment, and follow up. I can't recommend Brian highly enough.

Thank you for the five-star rating. We appreciate your feedback.Posted on Wendy GordonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My 14YO Level10 gymnast has been seeing Brian regularly since she fractured a growth plate near her knee 9 months ago. He has been instrumental in getting her back to her sport both physically and mentally. He followed a very systematic plan based on peer-reviewed literature specific to her gymnastics level and injury. An added bonus is that he acted as a positive mental coach for her as well; he accompanied her to the gym and encouraged her on the next step in the progression of her skills. He has so many connections to the orthopedic world and helped us facilitate lots of appointments with specialists and such. She now goes to him for pre-hab to help prevent other issues and to reinforce all that he taught her. I can't say enough positive things about Brian, and recommend him whole-heartedly!!!

She is a competitive gymnast and suffers many aches, pains and injuries. Dr. Brian works with her weekly on her physical therapy and gives her at home PT homework each week to continue her care. He has been so understanding and caring. His schedule is super easy to navigate and making appointments is a breeze. He is super responsive to emails in a timely manner as well.
